Data & Recruitment Associate (Internship)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Data & Recruitment Associates to join our rapidly expanding team at IBMC Smart Pay. This is an exceptional opportunity for graduates and students to gain hands-on experience in marketing, data collection, and recruitment while contributing to our ambitious goal of recruiting 2,000 new cardholders in 2025. What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential cardholders (students and graduates) through diverse channels, including online platforms and campus outreach.
  • Deliver informative presentations and respond to inquiries about the benefits of IBMC Smart Pay.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new cardholders.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect and accurately record data from recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update our candidate database with precision.
  • Analyze recruitment data to uncover trends and recommend improvements.

Digital Marketing Assistance

  • Support the creation and management of social media content to promote IBMC Smart Pay.
  • Assist with online marketing campaigns targeting key audiences.
  • Help track and evaluate digital marketing performance metrics.

Candidate & Administrative Support

  • Provide outstanding support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment drives and projects.

Communication Skills

  • Communicate effectively with potential cardholders and internal teams.
  • Deliver clear, concise information about IBMC Smart Pay products and services.

Business & Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • Approach tasks with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
